You don’t have to figure out your story alone.

If you’re here, something in your story may feel unresolved.

You may be trying to make sense of your past, understand your patterns, or find a way to move forward with more clarity and wholeness.

That’s not a small thing.

And you don’t have to do it on your own.

Why This Work Matters

The stories we carry shape the lives we live.

Many of us learn how to keep going without ever having the space to fully process what we’ve been through.

But the past doesn’t simply disappear.

When we begin to gently engage our stories — with care, honesty, and supportsomething begins to shift.

This is the heart of story work.

This work is personal for us.

Between Beauty & Heartache began during Chassie’s own healing journey as a survivor of complex trauma.

There were moments that felt confusing, disorienting, and difficult for the both of them to make sense of.

Through story work, she began to slowly return to those experiences — not just to remember them, but to process them with care, honesty, and support.

That process became a turning point.

Meet Noah

As Chassie engaged her story, Noah — her husband — witnessed firsthand how powerful it was to revisit the past with a safe and steady guide.

That experience led him to begin his own story work journey and pursue training in Narrative Focused Trauma Care (NFTC).

Today, Noah guides others through story work — offering a grounded, compassionate presence as clients explore the moments that shaped them.

meet chassie

Chassie is the founder of Between Beauty & Heartache and a complex trauma survivor who has been deeply shaped by this work.

As Noah’s wife, she has experienced story work not just personally, but within the context of a shared life — navigating healing, relationship, and growth together.

She continues to engage her own story and plans to step into guiding others in the future, especially those navigating similar experiences.
