Healing through the stories we carry.

You don’t have to stay shaped by experiences you’ve never had the space to fully process.
Story Work offers a gentle, guided way to understand your past, digest its truth, and move toward healing and wholeness.

Your Story didn’t start today.

There are moments in your past that still shape how you see yourself, relate to others, and move through the world.

You may have learned to push through, stay strong, or set certain experiences aside —
but parts of your story can still feel confusing, heavy, or unresolved.

Over time, these moments quietly form the beliefs we carry:

about who we are,
what we’re worth,
and what we can expect from others.

Storywork creates space to gently explore the stories of our past so they no longer quietly control our present.

By engaging our experiences honestly, we begin to digest their truth and move toward deeper healing and wholeness— because avoiding our past is often what keeps us stuck.

You might be here because…

Something in your story still feels unresolved.

Maybe you’ve done a lot of personal growth, but certain experiences still carry weight.

Maybe you notice patterns in your relationships or reactions that don’t fully make sense.

Maybe there are parts of your past you’ve learned to move past — but not fully process.

Or maybe, underneath it all, there’s a quiet question you’ve carried:

what’s wrong with me?

Storywork creates space to slow down, return to those moments with care, and begin making sense of them in a way that leads toward healing and wholeness.

You don’t have to navigate that process alone.

How Story work found us

We understand how disorienting, isolating, and scary it can feel to not understand why your life feels so chaotic or if things will ever get better.

Storywork became part of our lives during Chassie’s healing journey from complex trauma. As she began to revisit her past with care and support, Noah witnessed how powerful it was to not just talk about those experiences, but to truly process them.

Along the way, Noah also began engaging his own story — and is now trained in Narrative Focused Trauma Care (NFTC), guiding others through Storywork with a steady, compassionate presence.

This is work we care deeply about, and something we continue to walk through together.

While Noah currently leads story work sessions, Chassie is still engaging her own story and plans to step into guiding others in the future — especially those navigating complex trauma.

Because this work isn’t just something we believe in.
It’s something we’ve lived.
